EastProv Hospitality is excited to officially announce that Society Coffee Bar will open its doors in East Providence on Monday, March 9th.
Located at 500 North Broadway, this highly anticipated coffee bar marks the brand’s fourth location and its first in Rhode Island, following successful openings in Taunton, Somerset, and New Bedford since launching in 2022.
Owners Keith and Debra Viveiros chose East Providence for their newest expansion, bringing their growing and beloved café concept across state lines for the very first time. After months of preparation, construction milestones, and final approvals, the wait is finally over.
“We’re proud to be planting roots in East Providence and grateful for the support from the local community already,” Keith Viveiros previously shared with EastProv Hospitality.
At Society Coffee Bar, coffee is more than a daily routine — it’s a personalized experience. Each barista is trained to craft exceptional, handcrafted beverages tailored to individual tastes. From bold, classic espressos to thoughtfully curated signature lattes, every cup is designed to be enjoyed exactly the way each guest prefers.
Beyond the coffee itself, Society Coffee Bar has built its reputation on atmosphere. The space is warm, modern, and welcoming — the perfect setting to meet friends, hold a casual business meeting, catch up on emails, or simply unwind with a perfectly crafted cup in hand. The North Broadway location is poised to quickly become a neighborhood favorite and a standout addition to East Providence’s thriving small business community.
Mark your calendars and plan your visit.
