EastProv Hospitality is proud to welcome Lamacchia Realty to the East Providence business community!
The agency recently celebrated the grand opening of its East Providence branch with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 — marking a major milestone as Lamacchia Realty’s very first branch office opening in Rhode Island.
Lamacchia Realty arrived in the city earlier this year after joining forces with longtime Riverside brokerage Tirrell Realty, a respected firm that has served East Providence, the East Bay, greater Providence, and nearby Massachusetts markets for more than a decade. Formerly a Weichert franchise for 14 years, Tirrell Realty has been a trusted name in local real estate, and its integration into Lamacchia Realty brings deep neighborhood expertise to the company’s expanding footprint.
The celebration drew an impressive gathering, including Tirrell Realty founder Phil Tirrell, his brother Bill Tirrell, and key members of the Tirrell leadership team — Larry McNulty, Luci Stoddard, Rose Pereira, and office manager Delia Correia. East Providence–area REALTORS® and Lamacchia agents from across New England also joined staff, clients, and friends to welcome the newly updated office to the city.
Today, with more than 700 REALTORS® and 90 employees, Lamacchia Realty is recognized as one of the region’s fastest-growing companies — earning a spot on the Boston Business Journal’s Fast 50 List for eight consecutive years. Their continued success is fueled by industry-leading training, technology, marketing, and a suite of innovative tools for both agents and consumers.
EastProv Hospitality congratulates Lamacchia Realty on this exciting expansion and looks forward to the positive impact their presence will bring to East Providence’s thriving real estate community.
