From Omelets to Milkshakes: Why Pazi’s Place is an East Providence Staple

From Omelets to Milkshakes: Why Pazi’s Place is an East Providence Staple

Last Sunday, while out and about, EastProv Hospitality found itself craving a classic Sunday breakfast. With noon quickly approaching, we knew most of East Providence’s breakfast hot spots would be packed, and time was not on our side. Being nearby, we made our way to Pazi’s Place—a decision backed by experience. Even during peak hours, this 1950’s-style retro diner has a way of keeping the service moving and the coffee flowing without sacrificing quality or warmth. Once again, Pazi’s Place delivered on every level.

Located at 380 Taunton Avenue in East Providence, Pazi’s Place instantly transports you back in time. From the checkerboard floor tiles to the red vinyl lunch-counter stools and walls lined with black-and-white celebrity photos, the diner perfectly captures the nostalgic charm of a classic American eatery.

We enjoyed a hearty, homestyle breakfast served promptly by Momma Jackie, a ten-year veteran server at Pazi’s Place, whose speed, precision, and genuine hometown hospitality embody everything Pazi’s Place is known for. This is the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name, and newcomers are welcomed like family.

Pazi’s Place serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and breakfast here is something truly special. Omelets are playfully named after legendary celebrities like The Judy Garland, The Buddy Holly, and The Rat Pack, adding a fun, retro twist to the menu. And don’t overlook the thick, old-fashioned milkshakes—available all day and served in frosted glasses topped with whipped cream and a cherry. Feeling a little festive? Pazi’s Place also serves chilled, bubbly Mimosas to complement your breakfast or brunch, the perfect way to add a little sparkle to your morning.

EastProv Hospitality highly recommends Pazi’s Place, a local spot you won’t want to miss. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and make the trip—grab a booth or take a seat at the counter and enjoy a classic breakfast done right (and maybe a Mimosa too!). Pazi’s Place is located at 380 Taunton Avenue in East Providence and is open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for breakfast and lunch. Learn more at www.pazisplaceri.com
